Therapy Practice Management was created from years of firsthand experience seeing how overwhelmed providers become trying to manage both patient care and the business side of their practice. Through our work in medical and dental billing and practice support, we consistently saw the same pattern—highly skilled clinicians struggling with insurance, revenue cycle issues, and day-to-day operations.
We recognized that behavioral health providers face these challenges even more acutely, especially with complex authorizations, session-based billing, and growing administrative demands. Our background in revenue cycle management, credentialing, compliance, and practice operations allows us to step in with proven systems that actually work. Supporting that leadership is a team with 30+ years of hands-on experience in revenue cycle management, credentialing, and compliance. This includes deep expertise in insurance billing and appeals, denied and underpaid claim recovery, provider credentialing and contracting, and workflow optimization and practice operations.
